How to survive
retirement!

It’s been eight years since I retired from the university where I was a
professor.  At first I thought I could just do anything I wanted at any
time.  I restored my parents home where I now reside.  That was fun. 
I worked in the gardens, that was fun, but now I am left with a house, gardens,
and nothing else.  I have found out I need to do something more to keep
busy.  I need something to satisfy my mind, my
body, and add to my income. 
So here is what I have done and what I have in mind to do.

MIND

I have found it isn’t all that great to only be around people my age. 
So I go the plays, musicals, and sports events at the local high school and
community college.  This has been really great.  Enough so that I went
back to my former university and taught a doctoral course on ethics.  This
really stimulated my mind and got me thinking about colleges that offer free or
next to free classes for senior citizens.  That’s next on my list.
Currently I am receiving FREE training in internet marketing.

BODY

I recently found out that we are now to eat nine fruits and vegetables a day. 
Who can do that?  I love vegetables and eat a lot but nine a day, no way!

INCOME

The summer I retired the stock market dropped and I lost half of my
